This week's Sunday Stills Challenge is "Transitions". "For this next weeks challenge I want you to photograph your interpretation of a transition……what comes to my mind is one that goes from the end of winter to the beginning of spring but you might want to do something uniquely different."
With a warm week here, with the days in the high 60's to the 80's, we have green grass and buds starting. Last week, there was not even green here.
These little blue flowers are my favorite.
The trees had no leaves last weekend, and now yesterday, some of the trees are just starting.
Some new green growth on the roses,
Another tree, with just buds on the ends. This is probably my favorite photo this week, the bud against the bright blue sky.
More flowers started coming through this week, first one,
then a few more,
then one flowered yesterday!

Spring is probably the biggest "transition". Nice shots!
I like how you captured a few photos of the same transition of the flower.
Oh I love early spring! Thanks for sharing. WE spend winters and spring in Florida now and so we don't get this wonderful transition. (It's a pretty good trade all in all for us, but I do miss the little blue flowers (and such like!)
Great transitions! Looks like spring has sprung there:)
