Sunday Stills "The Letter B"

This week's Sunday Stills Challenge is "The Letter B".

The Barn Candle

Bananas, looks like they are getting ready to be made into Banana Bread.

Bathroom and Bathtub renovation project, in progress. Hopefully, the sink and cabinet go in tomorrow.

Our first bed, bought 30 years ago, when it was close to 80 years old then. Homemade quilt by my mom.

I took a photo of a painting of my husband's family barn. Like many PA barns, it doesn't look like that anymore.

A Bird at the Denver Aquarium. I have no idea, except they did have 1 jungle area, with 2 tigers and this parrot. And lots of fish.

Wooden Wednesdays "An Old Barn"

We visited relatives in PA, and this is an old barn at my Hubby's cousin's place. There are lots of old barns that are falling down, and just as many that aren't. Over the next couple of weeks, I'll post more barns!

Macro Monday "TURTLE"

Macro Monday is what?
Can you guess what this is?

Try again!

Is this better?

Now you can guess!

Looking for barns to take photos of for Sunday Stills, this guy was going across the road.

We went up and down this country road about 6 times, trying to beat the rain. The last time we drove up the road, heading home, he was cruising across the road. As soon as we got close to him, he pulled in his tail, turned and faced us, and never blinked nor moved. I wouldn't want to get caught in that mouth of his!

Sunday Stills "BARNS"

This week's Sunday Still's challenge is Barns. We drove late Saturday afternoon to take photos of some of the old barns in the area. It always amazes me that some people let their barns fall down, literally! The rain caught up to us, and the last show is of the barn during a pouring rain! I really like that shot!

look carefully, there is a barn there...

An old barn,

Another, really old, barn,

This is not a newer barn. This is an old barn that was renovating about 15 years ago:

The rain started. I love this shot, in the pouring rain.
