Sunday Stills "

For this Sunday Stills challenge of "A Small Part of a Whole", we are to "take two picture, one of “the big picture” and the second of just a part of it. If we can do Macro photography, we might want to take a photo of a whole flower and then one of the centre for example. Maybe a tree and a birds nest in the tree itself…….you get the picture ".

Our Penn State Parking Sign,

and a close-up of Nittany Lion.

A night light display,

and a single receptacle,

and some of the wood grain.

Sunday Stills "Through an Opening"

This week's Sundy Still's challenge is "Through an Opening"

I love this one.  Looking at Shaggy through the tire.

Looking through my stirrup at the saddle,

Looking through the open barn door,

Looking through the barn door another direction,

Looking through the gate at the pine trees,

Looking through the trees,

Looking through my fingers at the grain bin,

And finally, looking through a V in the tree, and watching my Hubby add brush to the fire.

Sunday Stills "Trees"

Last week's Sunday Stills challenge was "Trees".  I posted photos already, but I just had to post this one!

I was coming home today, and when I glanced back in the mirror, the tree was perfectly framed.  I hd to stop and take a shot.  I never get shots like this.  I finally got what I consider is a great one for me!  And I'm really excited to show it off!  LOL

I just love the close-up though!

I am still in awe that I got this shot!

Sunday Stills "Trees"

This week's Sunday Stills challenge is "Trees".  Winter trees, barren of leaves.  This challenge maybe leading up to a four seasons challege.

This first tree is a large tree bordering the horse lot.

One of the apple trees, lining our back driveway.

Close-up of barren branches.

This tree is in the backyard and has beautiful colored leaves in the fall!

Another red fleecy blanket.  They are so comfortable and soft!

The yarn edge of a carpet.

The carpet in the family room. I love the design.

A suitcase.

The fleece of my housecoat, warm and soft and cozy!

A saddle pad, love that the fibers are showing.

The addle pad design.
